Service Description: Alabama Marine Resources Division has created 34 inshore artificial Reefs within the coastal waters of Alabama. This service provides side scan sonar images for the artificial fishing reefs found within Perdido Bay area. AMRD has constructed four artificial fishing reefs in Perdido Bay area including; Bayou St. John, Ono Island, Rock Pile, and Ross Point Reefs.

Comments: Alabama Marine Resouces Division has created 34 inshore artificial Reefs within the coastal waters of Alabama. This service provides the center point of each artificial reef, the boundaries of the reef, the piling markers that have been placed around the reefs, and side scan sonar images of the reefs. The files contain information about how much area is contained within each reef, when the reef was constructted, if and when any enhancement activity has occured at each reef. This file also contains information about what type of material has been placed within each reef.
